We adhere to strict protocols for handling, storing and serving beverage alcohol. Plus, we implement stringent panelist management to minimize any risks associated with your research. In fact, we carry $10 million in additional liability insurance for the purpose of conducting beverage alcohol testing. Whether you need consumer testing or a descriptive analysis profiling, we can deliver your results.
Time Intensity Tests
Do you need to measure the aroma, flavour or textural characteristics of a product over a period of time? The Compusense Sensory and Consumer Research Group can accomplish this type of specialized descriptive analysis by conducting time intensity tests. We’ll evaluate specific product attributes (e.g. the aftertaste of an artificial sweetener). Time intensity tests help you evaluate a product over time, in terms of rate, duration and intensity. These tests provide a detailed picture of product parameters such as onset, maximum intensity and linger effects, in addition to the overall impact of a specific product.
