BIOSYSTEMES est un acteur majeur de l’édition de logiciel d’évaluation sensorielle et tests consommateurs depuis la première version de FIZZ en 1989.
Depuis fin 2021, BIOSYSTEMES est également devenu le partenaire privilégié de Compusense et distribue et supporte en Europe le logiciel du même nom, dédié lui aussi à l’évaluation sensorielles et aux tests consommateurs. C’est dans ce contexte que Biosystèmes et Compusense souhaitent renforcer l’équipe Client Success du logiciel Compusense et propose donc une opportunité unique pour une personne bilingue (Anglais/Français).
Vous serez principalement chargé d’assister les clients dans l’utilisation du logiciel Compusense, pour la création de leurs questionnaires d’évaluation sensorielle et consommateurs, le traitement de leurs données et la gestion de leur compte, en collaboration avec le reste de l’équipe.
Formation type Bac+2/3 (BTS, DUT, Licence pro) ou type Bac+5 (Ingénieur, Master) débutant en évaluation sensorielle. Anglais courant indispensable. La connaissance du logiciel Compusense, ainsi que la maîtrise d’une autre langue constituent des atouts supplémentaires.

Quality test methods are used to evaluate a product based on its sensory attributes and overall consumer perception to ensure it meets certain standards of excellence and consistency. These methods provide a consumer-centric assessment of product quality, ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards and drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Examples include, but are not limited to, Shelf Life, Degree of Difference,
Difference from Control, In/Out, etc.

These methods enable effective differentiation between products, aid in quality control and assurance by identifying variations and deviations, as well as facilitate efficient decision-making based on objective data. Examples include, but are not limited to, Tetrad, Triangle, Duo-Trio, Paired Comparison, etc.
