Compusense’s response to the Covid19 pandemic

As an internet-based business, Compusense will continue to provide our SaaS services throughout the current public health crisis. We are able to operate virtually and will continue to respond to all communications in our usual efficient way. We are expecting that Compusense clients who work directly with panelists will have a particularly difficult time managing their work. Our Cloud service can collect data anywhere there’s an internet connection. If you can safely provide samples to consumers or trained panelists in a way that respects the integrity of the test objective, we can continue to collect that data without complication.

If you wish to have assistance from Compusense to meet the challenges of these difficult circumstances, please get in touch. We may not be able to meet everyone’s requirements, but we will try to help you meet your objectives.

You may contact us by phone, email and online chat as you have been doing under normal conditions.

Like everyone else, we will be monitoring the progress of this global pandemic and will respond accordingly. All Compusense non-essential travel has been suspended and all participation in conferences and seminars shall be postponed until the current situation has been resolved to the satisfaction of global public health authorities.

The health and safety of our clients, colleagues and staff are paramount at this time. We will conduct ourselves in a responsible way to way minimize the impact of the Covid19 viral threat.

Please follow the advice of your public health experts and stay safe.
