John Castura to Attend and Present at the 16th Nordic Sensory Workshop in Oslo in May

Compusense’s John Castura will be traveling to Oslo this May to attend the 16th Nordic Sensory Workshop. While there he will presenting on “Improved interpretation of TDS and TCATA curves using reference lines” as part of the “Tailormade Healthy Food” session. This May, Compusense’s John Castura , VP of Innovation, Research and Development, will be attending and presenting at the 16th Nordic Sensory Workshop, May 11 & 12, in Oslo, Norway. The event, held in association with the European Sensory Science Society and titled “A Taste of the Future”, will focus on three major topic areas: Children and Food Preferences, Tailormade Healthy Food and Nordic Food Trends. John’s presentation, “Improved interpretation of TDS and TCATA curves using reference lines” will take place on May 12th as part of the Tailormade Healthy Food sessions and will propose an approach for deriving greater insight from temporal sensory data.  Compusense’s John Castura will be traveling to Oslo this May to attend the 16th Nordic Sensory Workshop.
