Establishing your DFC Panel

Establishing your DFC Panel

Establishing your panel is key when it comes to running successful DFC tests. It is important to make sure that your panelists are able to detect differences between products. You can test your panelists first with a simple Same/Different test, to ensure you have capable panelists. It is then equally important to train them on your benchmark product (control) and on possible defects within the product. You will want to ensure your panelists are trained on the DFC method itself, and are continuously tested throughout their time as a panelist to ensure the quality of your products.
