Security & Privacy

Our SaaS application has been trusted by organizations worldwide since 2007. We maintain robust security and privacy controls, assessed by ongoing third-party audits, including a SOC 2 Type 2 compliance attestation. If you would like more information, please contact us.
Policies
Since the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union on May 25, 2018, Compusense has implemented the monitoring, controls, notifications, and data safeguards required to maintain GDPR compliance.
This page provides an overview of our compliance with GDPR. For additional details about our adherence to GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Canadian privacy laws, or the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), please reach out to us.
Privacy of Panelist Information
Compusense supports the classification of panelist information as sensitive. Any fields marked as sensitive—such as demographic details including age or gender—are only accessible to analysts with the appropriate permissions. When a panelist is deleted, all sensitive information associated with that individual is permanently removed from the database.
Compusense also gives clients tools to capture and record panelist consent as part of their onboarding or participation workflows. When enabled, panelists may be asked to review and agree to the organization’s terms and conditions, and their confirmation is stored with their panelist record.
