Scheduling is a powerful module within Compusense that allows you to schedule panelists for product tests, curbside sample pickup, or focus groups. Multi-Test Schedule is particularly well-suited for employee testing, enabling you to recruit employee panelists to schedule themselves for multiple different tests through one email and link.

Creating Sittings

Use the Sittings Creation Wizard to quickly set up your test schedule:

• Select test dates
• Set the start time for each day
• Define the number of sittings per day
• Specify sitting duration
• Add gaps between sittings or breaks as needed
• Name each sitting, set the location, and define maximum panelist capacity

Linking Tests

Once sittings are created, link your product tests to the appropriate sittings. This connects your schedule directly to the tests panelists will complete.

Panelist Communication

When panelists schedule themselves, a confirmation email and calendar invite are automatically sent so they never miss their upcoming tests. Add the panelists you want to invite, review how the schedule will appear to them, then email the scheduling link.

Easy Replication

Clone an existing schedule and update it with new dates and tests for the following week, saving time on recurring testing programs.
