Sittings Schedule Video

Scheduling is a powerful module within Compusense that allows you to schedule panelists for product tests, curbside sample pickup, or focus groups. You can add screener tests and set up specific quotas and disqualifying criteria that panelists must meet to qualify. Compusense offers four schedule types: Sitting Schedule, Appointment, Home Use Test Schedule, and Multi-Test Schedule.

Sitting Schedule Overview

Sitting Schedule allows you to recruit panelists to schedule themselves into predefined sittings. Optionally include a pre-screener, quotas, and disqualifying criteria. This is ideal for consumer central location tests, sample pickup times, or less frequent employee testing.

Setup & Configuration

On the overview page, set your schedule name, display name for panelists, and link any screener or product tests. Define your recruiting target to determine how many people you need to recruit.

Creating Sittings

Add sittings individually or use the Sittings Creation Wizard to quickly configure sitting dates, start times, number of sittings per day, sitting duration, gap times, and lunch breaks. Set the sitting name panelists will see, select your location, and define maximum capacity per sitting. Configure single-sitting tests or multi-visit schedules as needed.

Communications

Set up confirmation emails, auto-reminder emails sent a specified number of hours before testing, and customize all text panelists see. Attach calendar links (ICS files) with sitting duration and additional messages.

Quotas & Criteria

Create qualifying groups (e.g., 50% male, 50% female) by linking to panelist library data or screener questions. Add disqualifying criteria as needed to ensure you recruit the right participants.

Panelist Management

Add panelists through the screener test or directly in the schedule. Once panelists schedule themselves and you link your product test, all scheduled panelists are automatically placed in your product test.
