Compusense introduces a new Panelist Rewards feature that expands on the existing points system, allowing you to offer redeemable rewards based on panelist point accumulation.

Setting Up Rewards

Navigate to Libraries > Rewards to access the new rewards management area. Add rewards by naming them (this is what panelists will see), setting the points required for redemption, activating the reward, and selecting which panelist website it applies to.

Gift Card Integration

For gift card rewards, you can add gift card codes and links directly to each reward. When a panelist redeems points for that reward, the gift card link is automatically emailed to them. Compusense has worked with providers like Yesti to facilitate gift card delivery.

Panelist Experience

When panelists log into the panelist website, they can view their current points balance, browse available rewards, and redeem points for rewards they qualify for. The Points Center provides a transparent history showing when points were earned and when they were redeemed.

Audit Trail

Analysts receive notifications when panelists redeem rewards, maintaining a clear audit trail for tracking and accountability.
